I have been consistently doing strength  and conditioning with Ryan to help with my Muay Thai Kick Boxing training, for about three months. During this time I have seen a massive improvement  in my strength  and power. Ryan's methods are well thought- out, there is intention and reasoning  behind every movement. He has a simple, no nonsense approach that's effective! It's evident  that Ryan is passionate about his craft and knows what he is talking about.
